Done a number on that Travelodge. Hope whoever didn’t pay him gets sorted too though. That’s if it’s true that he was shafted over his wage.

Shafted or not, he wont have anything spend until he gets out of jail!!

Other than criminal damage, he almost run over one of the builders and could have bought the roof down on the others in there.

He's double fucked now.

Was a step too far but unfortunately many tradesman are messed around and not paid on time.

We all have bills to pay and some are not as fortunate as others to have money freely sitting in the bank if some twat cant pay on time.

Apparently was told they would be paid week before Christmas and had still not seen the money! Shocking.

There was a surveyor on the radio earlier, and he was saying companies put the lowest price in to get the contract and try to recuperate their loses by undercutting their subbies.

Apparently it was £600 quid owed that had driven him to this.
Should have waited until after hours when no people were around

workers rights in action

this why we still need unions - we need to retain employees rights and we need to fucking kick the tories out and change the system

gonna see more of this (I HOPE)

Yeah that fuckwit Corbyn would sort it, while the country burns. The fucking catweazel, snide cunt.

Re: This digger driver in Liverpool
I used to be an active trade union member for years. Not sure how much help they'd be in this case though as it is now 2019 and most unions have gone the way of my old one and are much more concerned about rainbow flags and Palestine than the actual workers who pay their subs. Perhaps they could have sent a diversity rep down to see if they could do something about the over representation of white men on the site.

A FoM East European builder (on full tax credits) would NEVER have done this.

Just saying, like.

Badger tbf he has a point, the construction industry has always been a cash ridden industry and we often work on no contracts, there's always been an element of trust so unions would have very little effect on us

Not surprised you wouldn't know this as you've been pushing pencils and tapping keyboards whilst applying hand gel on that soft skin of yours for the entire time you've actually found some clueless cunt to employ you

Re: This digger driver in Liverpool
I've huge sympathy for the bloke, reaction was perhaps mis timed and he will cop for it

But no one died, he made his point and I bet a pound to a pinch of shit, that there are trades on that site who will be thanking him as they get paid what they should have been

TL need be taking a close look at their bid process too and slinging the filth they awarded off any subsequent tender

Obviously a stolen digger what with it being Scouseland.

Unions.... I trust them and their leadership about 1mm further than I could throw a member of senior management...

Marsh

Rarely senior management mate, it's the mid management breifcase wankers who are a scurge, in private and public organisations

Stand on me for that
